1. Accompanying persons:

Your friends are welcome at any time of the day, without any extra cost or procedure, the only thing that is requested is the ID of the people who enter, and during the nights the price of the reservations is the same for one or two people who spend the night in the place. The guest policy is as follows. At the time of booking, the apartments have no price difference between 1 or 2 overnight guests. Therefore we encourage guests to always book for 2 people. And check-in for the second guest can be done at any time during the booking. By law, we must carry identification for all people going to an apartment, but it is usually a short 3-5 minute check-in process. Thereafter, any overnight guests beyond the 2 registered guests are charged a fee of 100,000 COP per night (even if there are only 2 people staying overnight in the apartment).

2. Pets and Children:

Pets and children are allowed on our premises. However, pet owners are responsible for their behavior and must keep them under control at all times to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Children are allowed to enter only with their parents, also providing their identification or physical passport.

3. Payments:

- Advance payment: Guests can choose to pay the full amount of the stay in advance.

- Split payment: Guests can pay 50% of the total when making the reservation and the remaining 50% upon arrival.

4. Rooftop Services:

- Our rooftop services are available 24 hours a day, as long as quiet hours are observed.

- Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, we kindly ask guests to avoid using services that may generate noise and disturb the tranquility of others.

5. Damages and Behavior:

- Any damage caused to property, furniture, or the establishment itself will be the sole responsibility of the guest. The costs of repair or replacement must be covered by the responsible guest.

- Guests must behave with decency and morality at all times. Making noise that disturbs other guests and using rooms for illegal activities is prohibited.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Strict cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made according to the following conditions:

- Cancellation with at least 14 days' notice: 100% refund.

- Cancellation with at least 7 days' notice but less than 14: 50% refund.

- Cancellation with less than 7 days' notice: No entitlement to refund.
